The American Lung Association of Maryland's (ALAM) largest fundraising event in Baltimore, the Baltimore Stadium Trek, will be held on Saturday, March 15 and will challenge participants to run/walk up and around two of the city's most legendary sports stadiums, Oriole Park at Camden Yards and then finish on the field at M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens.  The event is a 5K and will be challenging.  Participants pay an entry fee and raise pledges to support the ALAM's commitment to fighting lung disease, the number three killer in the U.S., responsible for one in seven deaths.  More than 700,000 people in Maryland suffer from lung diseases like asthma, COPD and lung cancer.
The second annual Baltimore Stadium Trek will take place on Saturday, March 15.  Registration is from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. and the trek begins at 10:00 a.m. in front of Oriole Park at Camden Yards.  For more information visit www.BaltimoreStadiumTrek.org or call 410-560-2120 x221.
