Baltimore, Md- The Bears finished their preseason strong as they prepare to battle against cross town rival Towson University for the first game of the regular season. Despite two serious injuries within the quarterback core of the Baltimore Ravens, first round draft pick Joe Flacco will start this Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Flacco is well known for his 2007 season at the University of Delaware where he threw for well over 3,000 yards, racking up 18 touchdowns and 5 interceptions.
